Writers block is indeed normal,I'd suggest to attempt to write about something that wouldn't normally interest you as a writer.

Many of his thoughts are just that,he clearly took what he was thinking at that moment and wrote it down,in his quirky way.

The result is a self biography in which is often not noticed by those educated in the Art of writing.

I remember listening to an interview by another ex-Beatle and also now deceased,A Mr. George Harrison,commenting on how the song he had written called "Gently Weeps" came about.

"I was just sitting around,and there was a magazine that read something about Gently Weeps,and from that the whole song starts to going,and I wrote the song".

Again listening to the lyrics one can assess that he was referencing the Beatles themselves,their lives and situation they were in.

I know I have mentioned mostly musicians but they are story tellers,while they may be sung instead of being read,they do tell a story in the 2.5-15 minutes that a listener listens.

Again the interpretation is by the listener,rather than an intent of a specific conclusion.

As Mr. Harrison,once stated,"I can write a song with a simple meaning,or maybe a great meaning,but whatever the meaning is,by the time the listener puts his meaning into it may have the same meaning or more meaning,if ten people listen to it they all may get the same thing,or they may have ten different versions of what I mean".

Which I think is a good way to end this suggestion.
